Words Matter

Bullying a plant will make it die.

For real.

My mother used to sing to the plants while she watered them and I have taught my son the same. I was so saddened when my first attempt at gardening with love resulted in a whole patio of dead plants. I thought to myself, “maybe I am not sincere enough in my words?”. Come to find out my cat was peeing in every raised plant bed…

I look forward to having a gardening club at the Trauma Free Tree Family Center!

This experiment is a great way to show the power of words and how all living things have an energy and are affected by what comes at them.

Words matter.

I found this book at a very young age and I have shared it with so many people over the years.

If you think about how our bodies are made up of 60% water, one would think that the movement of our insides is affected by the energy being thrown at us on the outside.

Words matter.
