Amy Griego Owner & Founder

Amy Griego, LMFT, RYT-200 is a licensed psychotherapist in both California and Texas, and the founder of her private practice specializing in trauma and anxiety. With a practical, compassionate approach, Amy integrates EMDR therapy and is informed in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients reconnect with their authentic, joyful selves through mind-body awareness and healing.
In addition to her clinical work, Amy is a certified yoga instructor who incorporates movement and breathwork into therapy, supporting a holistic path to wellness. Based in Taylor, Texas, Amy is deeply committed to her local community. She and her family enjoy exploring Taylor’s culture, often attending events at Old Taylor High and building meaningful connections with neighbors.

Nicholas Odom Education Manager

Nicholas guides educators through training, protocol, tools for positive engagement and de-escalation as well as building curriculum and managing staff.

He is currently Education Manager at Universal Technical Institute in Austin.

Nicholas is a 20 year student of Buddhism and brings mindfulness to all his roles.

He was a professional drummer in Los Angeles and San Diego using music as a way to release emotions in a healthy manner.

Jenny Owens M.S., BCBA-LBA Behavior Consultant

Jenny Owens is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families. After a master’s degree in behavior analysis and years as a Clinical Director in traditional ABA, Jenny shifted her practice. She recognized that many conventional strategies didn’t align with her values or truly support long-term well-being. Now, Jenny uses a compassionate, client-centered, and individualized approach, specializing in students who have been misunderstood or for whom traditional methods were ineffective. She has extensive experience with complex needs, including Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and Pathological Demand Avoidance/Pervasive Drive for Autonomy (PDA). Her work focuses on affirming each student’s identity, understanding behavior, and designing supports that foster regulation, connection, and authentic growth.At Trauma Free Tree, Jenny will consult with the team to build unique behavior and classroom supports. She brings a new approach to building social-emotional regulation skills that honor communication, autonomy, and relationships for both neurodivergent and neurotypical children. Her work is guided by proactive support, targeted teaching of emotional regulation and communication, and responsive strategies that help students without shame. Jenny believes every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and capable of thriving

Hi! I’m June — a full-time yoga and Pilates teacher, and longtime lover of movement. I’ve been a yogi for over 15 years and am certified with a 200-hour YTT and 50-hour cYoga training. I’ve taught over 250 classes and love guiding students through everything from slow, restorative sessions to strong, power flows. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, my goal is to help you relax, reset, and take exactly what you need from each class. Good vibes always — can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Amy Winkler is a designer and teaching artist who uses art as a tool for self-expression. With years of experience leading inclusive youth programs and creating interactive visual materials, she creates welcoming, creative spaces where children feel safe, seen, and empowered. Amy holds a BFA in Communication Design and brings a warm, thoughtful approach to every project and classroom.
